All our vehicles for sale,(unless it’s an advertised for sale as spares or repair, or sold as seen),are covered by a comprehensive RCA warranty, that includes 12 months free break down cover in the package of any age or mileage which can be extended for longer at a trade cost option if required, a full RAC 140-point check of the vehicle will be carried out before delivery and if the mot is less than 3 months, we will add a new one for you.as we are audited by the RAC 6 times a year to keep our standards high which is backed up by the trading standards, Lastly for peace of mind, All our customer reviews speak volumes about us, please read some of them.

FIANANCE COMMISIONS PAID WHEN WE INTRODUCE YOU TO A FINANCE COMPANY FOR CREDIT FINANCE TO BUY YOUR CAR IF REQUIRED
Please note that when we introduce you to a finance company for help towards buying your car on finance, we do get paid a commission by the finance company a month later after the agreement is actioned, but not all the time, its depending on the interest rate the finance company sets out and agreed finance deal, which does not affect your monthly payments and you can ask how much we get paid at any time, plus if you decide to pay of your agreement early within 3/6 months depending on which company you have gone with, then the finance company will claim back the commission back of us, to which we then get no commission at all, should you require any further information please ask, also the paperwork given to you as well as the paperwork showing your finance agreement also highlights this aswell, you can ask the amount we got paid at any time and whether or not it’s been claimed back, as if you fail to pay your finance agreement and the vehicle gets repossessed, then again the commission is claimed back from us at any time through the duration of your agreement. Plus, lastly, we will also advise you of this commission when in our office or over the phone when taking out finance

PART EXCHANGE TO CLEAR VEHILCES
If a part exchange vehicle to clear has had a deposit placed on it and a sales invoice written and signed for after a test drive and you seeing all the paperwork that would come with the vehicle with all its checks, and you were happy to proceed to the purchase of it, and we have removed it from sale, then your deposit is none refundable to whatever amount had been placed, if you decided no longer to take the said vehicle, because other customers who were interested in buying the vehicle were not able to see it for sale anymore as it had been removed from our web page for sale.

Deposits on vehicles, important information.
Where a deposit has been paid to secure a vehicle and a invoice has been sent via email to the buyer and accepted with a required deposit sent to our accounts shown on a dated invoice from our company, from the date of invoice we will only hold the vehicle in question for you for 7 days including weekends, and if by then the full amount of the vehicle is not paid for via cash/bank transactions or finance, then the vehicle will go back up for sale and the deposit paid will be lost and not refunded back to you, unless we agree to extend this term in writing to you via email.its always best to lets us know, so we can help you.

We will only talk and discuss any problems or concerns you may have over your vehicle and purchased warranty with the purchaser of the vehicle shown and stated on our sales invoice, and no other outside bodies regardless of who they are unless the vehicle is sold spares or repair sold as seen without a warranty added, then we reserve the right not to engage in any issues unless you would like our company to fix the issues for you at a cost option to yourself..

We will help to remedy any problems that is associated to the warranty you have purchased or been given for your vehicle with the rac, but you must contact them first as your warranty is with them, and not us from the date of purchase, so long as its not related to wear and tear, For any further details or if you’re not sure of what’s written here, please contact us, and it will be fully explained before taking delivery of your vehicle and signing for it, Please note if you have decided to buy an extended warranty with the rac we use that we have discussed with you, for whatever length of time you have chosen from 3 months to 2 years, then in that case you need to satisfy what is covered and what is not, as its not our responsibility to look after your vehicle at all from the date of sale and handover as we do not have a mechanical garage, but can put you InTouch with who can help via the RAC, from the date of your warranty start, unless asked for by yourself, if the RAC warranty company has pointed out to you after a diagnostic check has been actioned to find what the fault is or problem, if it turns out that its not covered via the RAC warranty agreement, then you will be charged for all the work that’s needed to be done, to get your problem sorted.
